Arts In Trust - Exhibitions
Arts in Trust has five different Public Gallery Spaces, across the two hospitals where we run a changing exhibition programme. Our programme offers the hospital community the opportunity to purchase affordable arts and crafts, and to admire high-profile exhibitions from nationally renowned artists. The galleries are also available to local community groups, schools and colleges.
We host both selling and non-profitable exhibitions. If an exhibited artwork is sold as a direct result of being displayed in the hospitals, the artist donates 20% of the price to Arts in Trust. This donation helps to run the exhibition programme.

Fosters Gallery, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital
Fosters Gallery is situated next to Fosters Cafe, the main canteen at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital which is used by many of the staff, patients and visitors at the hospital.
Elixir Screen, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital
Elixir Screen is a large plasma screen situated in the main atrium of Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. The screen shows a changing programme of digital work.
Link Gallery, Cheltenham General Hospital (photography gallery)
Link Gallery is our largest gallery space situated along the link corridor at Cheltenham General Hospital. The gallery shows photographic work only.
Star Gallery, Cheltenham General Hospital
The Star Gallery is our smallest gallery space and is therefore ideal for a solo artist exhibition. The gallery is situated next to the Showcase Cabinets which can be used alongside the gallery space in a joint 2d and 3d exhibition.
Showcase Cabinets, Cheltenham General Hospital
These lockable display cabinets are very versatile and can display a range of crafts. Previous exhibitions have included jewellery, handmade toys and cake decorations.
The four cabinets are situated next to the Star Gallery and can be used alongside the gallery space in a joint 2d and 3d exhibition.
