It's Your Chance to Check Us Out

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting patients to check us out before we check you over as part of our efforts to provide more information about our services.

Patients and visitors can find lots of useful information on the Trust’s website: www.gloshospitals.nhs.uk and we want to ensure everybody knows about it.

New posters promoting the Trust website will be seen in GP surgeries, libraries and internet cafes across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

“Our website acts as a one-stop-shop for all our patients, visitors and the general public” said Irwin Wilson, Associate Director of Planning and Contracting. “Never before has there been a greater desire for information on our hospitals and we wanted to ensure we were able to tell people what they wanted to know, but within an easy, user-friendly format. We also believe that providing better information is part of providing better care and treatment.”

“For the first time, internet users will have a preview of life on the wards – who the staff are, what they do and how they provide the service. Meet the nurses, doctors and therapists and find out how we’re doing as a healthcare service.”

The website is also crammed with information about cleanliness rates, parking at the hospitals, patient meals, latest news and how to get involved.
