A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust said:
“We are sorry that Mrs Sanford was unhappy the care that she received.
“Unfortunately the Trust cannot comment on individual cases, but if Mrs Sanford would like to contact the Trust, we would be happy to address her concerns.
“Our staff work hard to provide the best care possible and we take any complaint extremely seriously.”
