Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Director of Service Delivery, Steve Peak:
"It has been agreed that the Gloucestershire health community must work together as a whole to ensure that its Emergency Departments meet their 98% targets.
"A multi-agency action plan has been agreed and there will be renewed focus internally to enable the Trust to hit the 98% target on a consistent basis".
