Out of hours:

On-Call Managers will take calls from the media.

We answer about 60 media calls a month and our aim is to provide a quick, sharp answer to media queries - we understand deadlines and we understand the demands of the news desk - so we promise to try our best!

We also write the staff newsletter and get involved in many other activities - so if the phone's engaged - don't despair - we are probably talking to someone else and we WILL return your call.

Our press releases appear on this website as soon as possible after circulation and we hope they provide a useful library of what's going on.

Remember - there's a lot of good news in the NHS - we like to share that with you too!
