What You Said and What We Did
This page will, when complete, give information of every way in which we’ve involved patients in improving our services and what changed as a result.
We can either involve interested members of the public in service improvement project groups all of which have an end outcome or we can take patient feedback and make small or large changes, depending on the severity of the issue.
The aims of this section are
