Your stay in hospital

We hope that you will be happy with your stay in hospital. We want to hear what went well and what you think could be improved. During your stay, you may be asked to take part in a survey or complete a questionnaire about the care and service provided to you. We would be grateful if you would take the time to do this; what patients say about our services helps us to plan developments and make improvements for the future. You will find the results of what patients have said about their experience and actions taken to make improvements on a display board within the ward area or just outside of it. Please ask a member of staff for more information.

If you would like to give compliments or make comments on your care and your stay in hospital you can do so by:-

Gloucestershire Royal Hospital PALS office

Our main office is on the ground floor in the main tower block opposite general office. We also have a second office behind the main reception in the main outpatients department. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4pm on Friday, excluding Bank holidays.

Cheltenham General Hospital PALS office

Our office is opposite the hospital chapel near the Blue Spa Café, next to the chaplaincy office and the restaurant. We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4pm on Friday, excluding Bank holidays.
