Ward 2A
Ward 2A is a 20 bedded ward, primarily for gynaecology patients. The ward has 6 single rooms, 2 bays of 4 beds and 1 bay of 6 beds.
Ward 2A is located on the 2nd floor of the Tower Block.
What to Expect When You are Admitted to Our Ward
Your team of nurses will assist you with any problems you may have and provide you with explanations of your treatment. The staff are highly trained and have specialised knowledge available at ward level and from other sources to answer your questions.
Please be aware that the Trust is now a smoke free NHS. Smoking is not permitted in any building or within the grounds of any of our sites. Information and support is available to any patients who wish to stop smoking. Nicotine Replacement Therapy is available to help reduce your cravings during your stay.
