Introduction

Nephrology is the diagnosis and treatment of non-surgical kidney disorders, high blood pressure and fluid and mineral balance in the human body.

Our Staff

There are 5 Nephrology consultants who each lead a team of specialist doctors and nurses. As a patient you may be seen by the clinician or by a doctor or nurse within their team. The clinician has overall responsibilty for your care.

In addition to the two main Hospitals the Nephrology Consultants hold Outpatient Clinics at Cirencester, Dilke Memorial and Stroud General Hospital.
